The hotel rooms were fitted with good quality furniture, very posh indeed, but could do with an update. Despite the comfortable large bed, plenty of room, kitchenette, and good range of TV channels, the room felt like a dungeon due to only one small window and very dim internal lights.

The hotel had a spacious room with lots of natural light, providing a bright atmosphere. Despite the 'No Vacancy' sign, it was surprisingly quiet. However, there were cleanliness issues with bugs in the light shade and dust around the TV. It was uncomfortably hot upon arrival due to the non-functional Aircon, which would have been a nice addition.

The staff at the Burnett Riverside Motel were incredibly attentive and friendly. Their service made my check-in experience very pleasant.

The location was perfect for enjoying views from the room and onsite restaurant. Additionally, it was a short walk to the town center and featured a modern walkway along the river foreshore for strolls and exercise.
